Registration for MAPs

The Music Artistry Program is scheduled to take place during the week of Mar 16-21 at Prossers Piano & Organ in Tacoma, WA. Registration for the event is in a few weeks. An interest letter went home last week with your student and needs to be returned this week. Scheduling for the event will take place after registration on Feb. 8th. Here is the breakdown of the costs associated with the program:

The cost of participation depends on the length of the repertoire.

Here is the breakdown of costs according to time spent with the visiting artist:
1. 10 minute session/$20 (repertoire length up to 4 min)
2. 15 minute session/$25 (4-7 min)
3. 20 minute session/$30 (7-10 min)
4. 30 minutes session/$40 (10-15 min)

Session costs are due at the time of registration on February 8th. Corner Studios will cover the initial cost of registering and those costs will need to be refunded to the studio before adjudications take place. 

I hope you will consider registering your student for this unique opportunity to receive feedback from a Master Teacher. As a side note, all repertoire they learn for adjudications can also be used later in the year for the Spring recital.
